PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR 2009

ELIGIBILITY: The currentphotocontest.com PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR Photo Contest is open to all photographers, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of currentphotocontest.com, Sponsors, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail after March 1, 2010.

ENTRYFEE – There is no entry fee.

COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSIONS

Upon submission of your image to the competition you will retain copyrights to your image. Entry must be the original work of the entrant and entrant must be the sole owner of the copyright of such entry.

By submitting images to the Competition, you confirm that:
1. you are the sole author of each entry and that it is your original work
2. you are the sole owner of the copyright in each image
3. you have the permission of those pictured in the image.

If your image is not shortlisted as a contest finalist your entry will be deleted within 48 hours of the end of the competition.

Voting - Voting of Photographer of the year contest will start at January 15, 2010 and end at March 1, 2010

Top 20 images selected by our judges from each category and will be placed in a public voting pool.

Deadline - 31 December, 2009
