Canon Adult and Teen Amateur Photo Contest

Pro Football Hall of Fame/Canon Adult and Teen Amateur Photo Challenge

This contest is for amateur photographer only; professional photographers (see Official Rules for definition) are ineligible.

TEEN ENTRANT - must be 13-17 years of age by 9/3/09. Residents of Maine that are under the age if 18 are INELGIBLE.

ADULT ENTRANT - must be 18 years of age and over as of 9/3/09

Grand Prize Winners will receive a trip for 4 to the 2010 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Celebration (8/5/2010) AND a trip for 4 to the 2010 Super Bowl XLIV on 2/7/2010 in South Florida.

Entry Fee: Free

The Contest will begin on 09/03/09 at 12pm (ET) and end on 12/02/09 at 5pm ET (the "Contest Period.") Each contestant may submit no more than ten different images captured during the 2009 season of youth football to www.usa.canon.com/nfl. "Youth football" refers to any level of football competition, but DOES NOT INCLUDE collegiate or professional football. Each entrant can submit up to ten (10) images during the contest period. Images can be uploaded individually or up to ten (10) at the same time. All entries must be received by 12/02/09 at 5pm ET.

Copyright: Subject to the rights granted to Sponsors, each winner (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) retains all copyrights in the photo.Each winner (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) shall give the Sponsors permission, whether directly or indirectly through third-party licensees, to utilize the entry and make derivative works of the entry, including the right to reproduce same, in connection with the reproduction, distribution, public display, publication, republication, and modification of the entry, whether in whole or in part (including, without limitation, use in connection with one or both of the Sponsors' promotional materials, such as Sponsors' web sites in a winners' gallery and advertising in connection with this and/or future contests), with or without the winner's name, photo, likeness and biographical information, subject to applicable law, and without the further consent of, or compensation to, the winner (if a minor, or to his/her parent or legal guardian) and/or any person who appears in the entry (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian).
