THERE ARE TWO METHODS OF ENTRY:
(1) Enter on-line by visiting www.giants.com/canon and clicking on the “Canon Shoot Like A Pro®” Sweepstakes link. Follow the instructions to complete and submit the on-line entry form, providing your basic contact information. On-line entries must be received by 11/15/10 at 10:00 a.m. ET, subject to the Prize Period entry deadlines set forth below. No form of Internet/e-mail participation other than as indicated above will be accepted. Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes.
(2) Print on a 3”x 5” card/paper your name, complete address including zip code, daytime phone number with area code, e-mail address (if any), cell phone number with area code (if any) and your date of birth and mail to: “Canon-New York Giants Shoot Like a Pro Sweepstakes,” P.O. Box 5046, Grand Central Station, New York, NY 10163, to be postmarked by 11/15/10 and received by 11/19/10. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. No metered mail accepted. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, misdirected entries or postage due mail. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person per day (24 hour period), regardless of the method of entry.
